Inquiry information stays focused on the requested work.

What we collect. Partner and lane forms collect business contact details, company information, lane or shipment details, and any other information you choose to provide. Cloudflare Turnstile and standard technical information may be processed to prevent abuse.

How we use it. We use inquiry information to respond, assess partner or routing fit, manage the requested review and communicate with providers needed for that review.

When it is shared. We do not sell inquiry information. It may be shared with service providers or operating partners only when needed to respond to the inquiry, protect the form or evaluate the requested shipment.

Retention and requests. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operating records or legal obligations. For a privacy request, contact [email protected]. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords or other account credentials.

Updated August 21, 2026. The legal contracting party and licensed provider roles for a shipment are identified in the written booking before acceptance.
